Schnepf Farm & The Famous Cousin

Chas (my brother, pictured above), Jonah (my boyfriend), and I spent our Sunday at Schnepf Farm down in Phoenix, Arizona. Don't let those shady-looking trees in the picture above fool you... it was H-O-T.
Phoenix may have Halloween, it may also have Pumpkin Spice Lattes and pumpkin patches, but it definitely does not have that brisk autumn chill. I mean was in a sleeveless dress, and I was still sweating! Regardless, we still managed to have fun.
And on another note, I bet you didn't know I have a famous cousin...
The boys and I got to all go watch Tristan Anderman perform this Halloween weekend. And he was awesome!
I haven't seen him perform like that in person before, only on videos he's posted on Instagram (which you should totally check out).
Tristan has travelled overseas for worldwide competitions, been sponsored by a number of companies, and has placed in and won some major contests. I love following his scooter life on social media. He's so cool doing things I would never be able to do!
...but he's always been that way. Like when we were younger he'd be the one riding his new unicycle on Christmas morning while the rest of us were watching from the comfort of our two-wheeled bikes. For as long as I can remember, he's always been doing crazy tricks and flips on bikes, trampolines, scooters, you name it! Which is why it's so great to see how he's used his amazing talent and made it big at such a young age.
Seriously, you're so cool T, and I'm so happy we got to all come watch you the other day!
